Patrick Charron – Peacewolf
Patrick is both a teacher and perpetual student of movement and self-improvement, dedicated to helping others improve their lives through nutrition, fitness, martial arts, meditation and positive thinking. He’s worked with and applied these concepts to a wide variety of people, including professional MMA fighters, conflict zone journalists, corporate executives, amazing mothers and kids of all ages. He spent the last year in the jungles of Costa Rica, connecting with a primal spirit that opened his eyes, and his mind, to the incredible amount of power that is within us and all around us.
Patrick teaches Thai Boxing and Meditation. He is also a regular contributor and co-owner of The Park Life, a blog dedicated to fitness, nutrition and healthy living.
